training today, 8 in the morning so woke up at 6.50
daddy woke me up at 6.10 and then i told him wrong timing then went back to sleep again.
was super tired today.
butt hurts more then monday's training.
idk why,
so didnt really run much today.
ran 3 laps for warmup,did some jumps then off to jump a few time.
today was kinda slack..
yes jump, im doing long jump again.
cos steph cant make it,so im taking over her..
which means...

IM NOT STAYING OVER FOR THE 2 DAY 1 NIGHT CAMP!
